AppsFlyer has promoted Aditya Maheshwari, former Head of Customer Success, India, to Director of Customer Success, India, Southeast Asia and Australia, New Zealand (INSEA/ANZ)

In her new role, Maheshwari will lead the Customer Success Management (CSM) function across the India, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand region while driving customer, business and team growth.

Based in Bengaluru, he will report to Sanjay Trisal, Managing Director, INSEA/ANZ, and Wenjun Ai, Assistant Vice President of Customer Success, APAC.

Maheshwari will enable and coach teams across the region to understand customer desires and improve their experience with AppsFlyer products leading to customer success.

In his new role, he will lead teams in multiple geographies to set the path to success for customers in popular app categories such as games, entertainment, shopping, food and beverage, edtech, and more. Maheshwari’s immediate priorities will be based on the three major pillars of AppsFlyer’s Customer Success Framework. The three pillars will include customer growth, business growth as well as team development.

Additionally, Madhusudhan Rao will be appointed Executive Director, Beauty & Wellness & Personal Care, HUL. Deepak Subramanian, will be appointed Executive Director, Home Care, HUL.
